I can help you make the right decision to fulfill your career goals. During our consultation we will determine what you really want from your career, and why that's important to you. We will explore your current situation and frustrations and discover the number one thing stopping you from making the critical decision which will create your ideal future.
Health and Wellness Coaching
I focus on helping individuals and/or groups change their lifestyle aimed at improving overall health and well being. This could include putting in place a self-care regimen, developing a workout routine, etc. Those goals might include losing a few pounds, eating better, quitting smoking and lowering stress. Unlike a nutritionist or physical therapist, who makes specific diet and exercise suggestions, a wellness coach will help you make better general choices that fit your lifestyle.
Relationship Coaching
I work with both couples and individuals to increase relationship skills. For singles, this could include attracting a partner, keeping a partner, and building a strong relationship foundation. For couples, it could include improving communication patterns, increasing intimacy and responding better to one another.
Personal Life Coaching
Personal life coaching is a more holistic sort of coaching. I work with clients on their relationship with self as well as how they interact with others, their career, their spirituality, their priorities, creating more work/life balance, productivity, motivation, habits, and patterns. I can focus on one specific area or all of the above. I help clients find the motivation and tools to reach their physical and emotional health goals.
